The Breastvest - feeding without flashing!

I breastfed my little girl, and plan to do the same when I have more children. But there are definitely a few things I'd do differently next time round - and the first is to stock up on Breastvests. Feeding in public can be a bit uncomfortable at the best of times, without having to worry about exposing your wobbly post-baby belly to the world. I used a feeding shawl to protect my modesty last time, but that still didn't prevent the odd bare belly flash as I made sure my daughter was properly latched on. The Breastvest is ingeniously simple - it's a snug fitting stretchy singlet top with adjustable shoulder straps, cut to sit just below the bustline. So you have simple, easy access to your nursing bra, and no fumbling about with layers. But, best of all, your tummy is always covered, so no one sees more of you than they should! Leslie from PJP PR sent me one to try out, and I was really impressed by the fit and cut. It was really comfy, and made from good quality fabric. At just £15 each, they're a great price too. www.breastvest.co.uk
